His eyes fell instead on the girl next to Kurm. His jaw dropped. It was Hermione. But she didn’t look like Hermione at all. She had done something with her hair; it was no longer bushy, but sleek and shiny, and twisted into an elegant knot at the back of her head. She was wearing robes of a floaty, peri-winkle-blue material, and she was holding herself differently, somehow- or maybe it was merely the absence of the twenty or so books she usually had slung over her back. She was also smiling- rather nervously, it was true- but the reduction in size of her teeth was more noticeable than ever. Harry couldn’t believe he hadn’t stopped it before.
Imagine in like 1000 years when we populate other planets it will be like “Omg I met this really awesome girl on the internet but she lives on Neptune”
have you ever liked someone so much you started hating them
Harry Potter Challenge - Day 6: Powerful quotes/favourite lines.
“Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic. Capable of both inflicting injury, and remedying it.” - Professor Albus Dumbledore
the worst is when it’s late at night and some hilarious thing comes up on your dash but you can’t laugh or you’ll wake everyone up so you just smile demonically while rocking back and forth clapping like an excited seal heaving air into your lungs until your face hurts
